Helping the Environment with ISO 14001-

As well as successfully implementing the Quality Management System ISO 9001, we are now looking into our impact on the environment by working towards ISO 14001, the Environment Management System.

The main aim of our Environmental policy is to identify the u se of processes, practices, materials or products that avoid, reduce or control pollution.

To achieve the above criteria, recycling, treatment, process changes, control mechanisms, and the efficient use of resources and materials will be monitored.

Raising money for the Anthony Nolan Trust-

The Radbury daredevils recently took part in the 'Big Arran Weekend' on behalf of the Anthony Nolan Trust, raising money for the charity which takes back lives from leukaemia.

The team took part in two challenges. The first event was a gorge walk which included climbing a series of waterfalls against the stream and plunging into 30ft pools of fresh spring water. The second event was a 7 mile Kayak around the Holy Isle which started around the bay of Lamlash before crossing the water. After several hours came the final crossing back to Lamlash which began at the Tibetan monastery

Over £2000 was raised for the charity.
